Document Preparation
You tell us which forms you need; we prepare complete, accurate filing packages — at your home or by video, in French and Arabic. We are not attorneys and do not give legal advice.
Immigration forms
- Family-based petitions (Form I-130)
- Green card applications (I-485) & renewals (I-90)
- Work permit applications (I-765)
- Naturalization & citizenship (N-400)
- Other USCIS and visa forms you have chosen
Court forms
- Divorce & name change
- Small claims
- Florida Supreme Court Approved Forms only
These documents are signed in front of a notary, and most also need witnesses under Florida law. We notarize them when you or your attorney have prepared them. Tell us the document first so we can confirm exactly what your appointment needs.
Wills & trusts
- Simple will / last will and testament
- Living will
- Trust documents
- Trustee appointment
Powers of attorney & medical
- Power of attorney (general & durable)
- Medical power of attorney
- Health care surrogate & advance directives
Property deeds
- Warranty deed
- Quitclaim deed
- Enhanced life estate (Lady Bird) deed
Most filings need more than one form. We prepare the whole package — forms plus supporting documents — so it is accurate, consistent and ready to file efficiently.

No. We are not attorneys licensed to practice law in Florida, and we may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. We type and file the documents you direct us to prepare. Choosing a form, advising on eligibility or strategy, and explaining the legal effect of your answers belong to a licensed attorney or DOJ-accredited representative — and when your question crosses that line, we say so and refer you out.
A written agreement itemizing the services and fees, plus a receipt for every payment. If you prefer, we provide these in French or Arabic as well as English. Florida requires this of non-attorney preparers, and it protects you.
No — drafting those is the practice of law in Florida. We can notarize a will an attorney has drafted, or translate one. For court matters we assist only with Florida Supreme Court Approved Forms.

French and Arabic. We go through each question with you in French or Arabic, then enter your answers in English, as U.S. agencies and courts require. We do not give legal advice in any language. Supporting documents needing a certified English translation are handled by our translation service.
Most USCIS forms are signed under penalty of perjury and do not need a notary. If an agency, court or office asks for a notarized signature or affidavit, we can notarize it during the same visit. For what a filing requires, check the form instructions or ask a licensed attorney or DOJ-accredited representative.
We are not attorneys licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, and we may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. We are not accredited to represent anyone in immigration matters. We prepare and file only the forms you direct us to prepare. We do not select which forms your situation requires, advise on eligibility, strategy or risk, explain the legal effect of your answers, or represent you before any court or agency. On court matters we assist only with Florida Supreme Court Approved Forms, and you will receive and sign Form 12.900(a), Disclosure from Nonlawyer, before we begin. You will receive a written agreement itemizing services and fees, and a receipt for every payment.
