We are not attorneys licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, and we may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. We are not accredited to represent anyone in immigration matters. We prepare and file only the forms you direct us to prepare. We do not select which forms your situation requires, advise on eligibility, strategy or risk, explain the legal effect of your answers, or represent you before any court or agency.

A notary verifies identity, confirms the signer is acting willingly, witnesses the signature and applies a seal. A notary does not explain or advise on your document. Florida caps the notarial act at $10 ($25 online); travel is quoted separately. Remote Online Notarization is accepted for many, but not all, documents — confirm with the receiving party.

We notarize these documents when you or your attorney have prepared them. Drafting them, choosing the right one, or advising what it should say is the practice of law in Florida, and we do not do it. If you need one drafted, we will point you to a licensed Florida attorney. Many of these documents also require witnesses — confirm the requirements for your document before your appointment.

A signing agent identifies signers, witnesses signatures and notarizes where indicated. We do not explain loan terms, advise on the rate or answer questions about figures — those go back to the lender, title company or the borrower’s attorney.

We prepare the forms you tell us you need. On court matters we assist only with Florida Supreme Court Approved Forms, and you will receive and sign Form 12.900(a), Disclosure from Nonlawyer, before we begin. You will receive a written agreement itemizing services and fees, and a receipt for every payment, in English, French or Arabic. Government filing fees are separate and paid to the agency. For what a filing requires, ask a licensed attorney or DOJ-accredited representative.

Certification is the translator’s attestation of accuracy. Notarization only verifies who signed that attestation. An apostille is a separate authentication by a state or federal authority. Confirm what the receiving party requires before ordering.

We prepare and file what you direct us to. We do not give legal or tax advice. SAM.gov and SBA certification services are coming soon; SBA does not charge application fees, and our fee will cover preparation only. SBA communicates only from @sba.gov addresses.

If a filing, notarization or translation is rejected because of our error, we correct it and refile at no additional cost to you.

Services are provided by RY Atlas Group LLC, doing business as BizForward Hub (a fictitious business name). Details you send through our forms are used only to respond to your request.
